Bought a flip phone for my wife. She was not able to activate it without me. It had been made clear it was for her at time of purchase. It was not a LG as I ASKED for. It is a peice of JUNK. Not user friendly. Works part time. Can't be depended on. Also when do we expect get service back? Everyone in this area is complaining of recent POOR service. Works else where. Canadian Telas worked great yesterday. No lead time on billing. Turn around next day check mailing will be called late if there's a holiday in the week.
