I first would like to say that we are not new to keeping bees and have done so for 7 years. I usually get nukes from Singing Cedar in Orwell but due to the Covid crisis, decided to use Vermont beekeeping. I had no prior experience with packages before. I got 2. One had profuse diarrhea to the point that out suits were peppered with brown spots. I contacted the supplier and was told it was normal. I emailed 4 times in the 9 day period following purchase, until the hive died, and essentially got no response. The money was just gone. We did replace the dead one with one from Singing Cedars and it is thriving.
