The best salami my husband and I have ever had. Double bonus that it is goat salami. It is our favorite new addiction. Incredible goat meat! I had never cooked goat meat before but found it similar to cooking lamb but way, way, wayyyy more tasty! Not gamy at all! After receiving a case from Miles at Vermont Chevon, roasting it in the oven and then discovering the health benefits... I am in love!

I had the opportunity to taste various cuts from Vermont Chevon and was not disappointed. There is so much care and attention that goes into this farm and it shows. Although goat may be intimidating to cook, it is really very simple and delicious when prepared.
