Recently came back from a road trip up in VT, and this was definitely our best dinner throughout the entire trip. The food is beyond delicious, and Emily made the dinner so smooth, easy and fun! Definitely plan to share the dinner family-style and don’t forget to get a bottle of wine!

Cork is more than just a small local wine bar, and exceeded all of our expectations. The wine menu is unique- offering wines that you won’t find almost anywhere else! Which we loved! The wines they select are made naturally, have a low environmental impact, and are all from family-run vineyards. I loved that so much that we bought 5 bottles to take home too!nI ordered the kale salad and the chicken entree for dinner, and both blew me away. My husband ordered the corn poblano dip and the halibut and said that he could eat the corn dip every day! So good.nWe will definitely be back here.. often!

Cork is a beautiful spot in every way!! Last night was my first time dining there, and I can't wait to go back. My two girlfriends and I were seated in a cozy, comfortable corner by a warm fireplace, and enjoyed their pre-fixe four-course dinner. Each dish was a perfect blend of flavor & texture, the presentation was lovely, and the wine pairings were so good! Our server Deirdre was awesome as well... I really can't say enough good things. After dinner we shopped their retail bottle selection and I picked up some coveted natural wines at a really good price. I'd give Cork six stars if I could!!

Phenomenal. Had my wife's birthday there and everything was great. Rachel, our waitress, was attentive and had great suggestions. My wife's pork was one of the best she's ever had. Zeppoles and homemade maple ice cream were amazing. Definitely our new go to in Stowe.

We ate at Cork on 10/9 and it was outstanding! I was a little disappointed that they were out of the brussels, but everything was forgotten once I had the spice roasted pork loin. It was like taking a bite of fall. ALL fall flavors were present it was absolutely delicious. If we lived closer I'd go every week just to have that entrée. For dessert we had the zeppoles which were recommended by our server, and they paired SO well with the homemade maple ice cream. Aside from our meals the wine was superb as well as our server, Rachel. Cannot wait to go back to this gem. I highly recommend.
