I wanted to make a post today to tell you about a local company that is completely unprofessional.We went to Epiphany Tattoo in Morrisville, Vermont today to get a piercing. Online it states it is open from 12 pm to 5 pm. It was 2:15 and no one was there, it was closed and locked. We left to get gas and came back and double checked. As we were there, two women (employees or owners) pulled in and had snacks and drinks as they just left to go to the store. The said they would be open in 2 minutes. So we waited.nnWe go inside and asked for a piercing and the woman said, your here to schedule an appt? I said no, we wanted to do a walk in. She said that you have to call for an appt. I replied, we had just done a walk in peircing a couple months ago and we didn't have an appt then. She then said, well we need appts starting TODAY! Mind you, that no one was there. She continued to say that they were busy and someone was coming in for a touch up, which no one was there yet. Also, that it takes time to do a piercing and they had no time to spare, which they had just come back from an obvious break as they weren't busy.nnThe employees had been smoking pot in the car as the whole place smelled terrible and it was so strong. I could care less if they smoked pot as it is their business but when they are driving on the road or planning to do tattoos and piercings, then No, that is not okay. They were very rude. I will not be returning. If anyone plans on having work done there, you may want to reconsider if they are smoking pot before you get a permanent tattoo.
