I had the worst experience shipping packages from this store! I was visiting family and decided to ship some wall hangings back home. These were items my father had made in his work shop many, many years ago. I was extremely excited to have theses items. I was informed they are packed and delivery guarenteed. Hum...not the case!!!nWhen my boxes arrived, there were missing pegs for the quilt rack.nI contacted the store a few times to get some answers but to no avail. I proceeded to contact corporate. After sending them the pictures they requested, it still was not enough to prove the packages were shipped from St. Albans as they needed more pictures of the boxes! Excuse me?!? I had purchased extra insurance also but that meant absolutely nothing!nSave yourself time and money, DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION!
After having trouble at another printing place (several times) I stopped in here and could not be happier I did. John was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He made a project I was struggling with for days come together in a matter of minutes. I will be doing all my printing and shipping here, and I recommend you do as well :)
This place is terrific. It was easy to find free parking out front, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and I was able to take care of business very quickly. They offer many services, including notary, printing and mailbox rental.
I have been getting things done at ups and working with John and Devon for a long time. They take their job very seriously and want you to be happy. Very friendly, professional and the best at making your presentation the best.
