It's a great little shop. The brands of flip flops I've bought lasted years. Friendly and knowledgeable. However, my most recent visit I found out that their prized, and very expensive orthotic shoes 'never' have sizes 8 or 9 'because they're the most popular'. I wanted to ask why they didn't just buy more. They need to be fitted so it's an in-person type of purchase. I am a loyal customer so I went there for 6 years...till now. Bummer.
Showed up to shop today like I do everytime I visit, they always have something good I can't find elsewhere. I was born and raised here in Havasu, then moved away. Anyway I was followed and watched like I was going to steal something, never stolen anything in my life. Don't know if I want to back.... sad because I hit almost every store in the plaza they are in and enjoy shopping here.
They are really nice and friendly no complaints on customer service. The only complaint I have is I looked up the sandals that we purchased off the actual brands website and saw them for cheaper than the flip flop store even with the buy one get one 50% off. Didn’t think to look up before or I would’ve asked for a price match.

Had an amazing customer service shopping experience John was extremely helpful in selecting items and providing customer service. He was patient with me and my friend as we made our selections. Prices are really reasonable. The sales are fantastic. They sell boots, dresses, tanks, shorts, jewelry and other things. John the owner was absolutely awesome
