I'm reviewing Boat HQ in regard to repairs.nnWe had a very unfortunate situation with a boat we purchased just two days earlier (out of state) wherein the engine majorly overheated. I don't know much about such things and despite the fact that it took a while due to unavailability of parts during COVID ridiculousness, everything was explained to me as best possible. Boat HQ really worked with me in my situation, understanding our needs and difficulties. Grateful.

Kevin sold us our pontoon in 2018, and still remembers us today. We only see him 1x per year, but he clearly cares about every sale, every interaction, and every customer. I wish more businesses were still like this!

This place is awesome. I had a really bad failure and they went above and beyond to try to help me get back on the water. It didn't work out but I honestly feel bad I never actually gave them some bu$iness. Top notch, and in the middle of COVID. Would never hesitate to come here.

Bought my boat from Kevin a few years ago. Great deal, super service and really good people. They took care of my boats for years...picked it up in the Fall, maintained it and stored it and returned it in SUPER shape every Spring. They stood behind every warranty NO questions. Super Staff. I had to move back to Oregon and I truly miss the service this team provided. You CANNOT go wrong buying a boat from Kevin.

These guys are amazing ordered Floe boat lift parts from them over the last couple of years the service and communication has always been great.nLast summer my lift stopped working. I tried another local company they left me with empty promises and a broken lift. Called Boat Headquarters Ryan promptly returned my call diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts. The initial diagnosis didn’t fix the issue but he kept working with Floe tech support and I am happy to report that as of 9:30 tonight my lift is back in service just in time to launch my boat tomorrow
