AT&T Store

*****CUSTOMER SERVICE ROCKSTARS*****nAs I was currently going through some issues with Verizon, I decided to stop to our local AT&T store. I walked in the door and was instantly greeted with a smile. After explaining my current situation they both showed 100% sincere concern to helping me resolve my issue. They went wayyy above and beyond to help me ud83dudcf1 ud83dudcf1. They happily spent the better part of their day getting me all set up with my 5 new phones, trade ins and switching my numbers. They lowered my monthly payment over $200 a month! They didn't try to up-sell me or pressure me into any services I didn't require. They should both be commended for their knowledge and their top notch customer service. Moving forward I will Not go to another store and I will NOT work with anyone but one of them. They have restored my hope in the cell phone world after all was lost. Kudos to the two of them, I truly hope AT&T realizes how lucky they are to have them.nnI can not thank Dann and Ashley enough for all of their help.nnI can and will 100% recommend this store and these two to everyone. ud83dudc4dud83dudcaf

BEWARE! I visited the store early November 2020 to change my data plan. I was told a better plan was available for a few dollars less than what I was already paying. Having worked with this store/rep, successfully, for years, I had the rep make the change. However, I asked for the details, in writing, and the rep said he didn't have it, but I could go online once it was done. He showed me nothing in writing and said he didn't have an exact total. I found that strange, but trusted him because I'd had good experiences with him in the past. My mistake. I received my bill and it is now 25% higher than what it was. None of the details were explained to me, just a promise the bill would slightly decrease. I will be sure to never trust the word of the employees again, and to insist on viewing every detail in writing. When I contacted the Williston store where this happened, I was informed none of the staff from last month work there anymore and the store was bought out (??). The new manager suggested I contact AT&T. After over 90 mins. of being on hold, an agent finally answered. She told me she was very sorry, but because a change was made to my plan that I then had to undo, mid-cycle, I am being charged for it. Apparently, changes cost money. I feel scammed because I would never have altered my plan, in the first place, had I not been lied to that November day.

The guy who helped us was terrific! Our sale didn't go through because of something out of our control. Im sad that it wasn't closer to my house because when we went to finish the sale we had to go to a different one that sucked. The customer service here is great. Definitely would recommend.

I love going to AT & T because I get great customer service. Brett is the best! He is quick, professional and remembers us! He is the most knowledgeable tech/customer service professional! Thanks Brett!

Recently I upgraded from an iPhone 7plus to a 12 Pro Max. I worked with Dan Krantz. He was so very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond what I believed customer service should be. I can’t thank him enough for all his help!!!
