Absolutely the best customer service! A live person is available always to answer any questions. Mary in the Williston store is always ready to help and VERY knowledgeable about the whole process. The guys that delivered did an amazing job. You will not go wrong with Allen Spring and Spas

Mary at AllenPools and Spas in Williston VT provides awesome customer service and makes the process of learning to take care of a hot tub easy. My hot tub came into my possession through buying a house. It is great that this company stands behind their sales even after a transfer of ownership. Hot tubs are totally new to me and I’m someone who tries to figure out things online. Though, when my hot tub turned green on a busy weekend Mary made figuring out what to do easy. After a quick, free water test at Allen Pools and Spa and a couple treatments I was able to get the hot tub back to clear water. What needed to happen is not what I found online. I have grown to appreciate the customer service and guidance of Mary and the team at Allen Pools and Spas. I would highly recommend this store to a friend.

At Allen Pools and Spas I received some of the best customer service anywhere. The sales team was knowledgeable, super friendly, responsive to my questions and emails, and never ever applied sales pressure! My family and I had a fun and totally enjoyable shopping experience.

My home purchase included an existing Hot Springs Hot Tub from Allen Pools and Spas. I had many questions and the technical experts at AP&S helped direct me in not only in purchasing the correct filters and chemicals but educating me as well in how to care for my tub. I'm more confident than ever in maintaining the Spa and will certainly be a customer for life.

Our family has been thinking of a hot tub for a few years. Always something we looked at the home shows. With the WFH situation and limited vacation options, 2020 was the time for us. I looked at a few other locations, and then we stopped at Allen Pools & Spas. They answered all our questions, with no pressure to buy. Dave helped us pick out a tub that matched our family needs and didn’t try to upsell us to a model we might have thought we wanted. Honest and sincere help to get us something we would enjoy for many years to come. As we prepped the location, I asked lots of questions and Dave was always prompt in replying and wanted to make sure we had and did everything we needed. With COVID we had to wait a while for delivery from California, no promises were made on the delivery time frame, but a time window was suggested, and delivery was on time. The crew was great and very professional. I can’t remember the lead guy's name, but he is one smart dude and took the time to go over everything very well. As I read the manual after, I realized just how much knowledge he had, and it helped to have that conversation previously as I reviewed the manual. We choose a Hot Springs Rely for our family of 4 and we couldn’t be happier! Thanks, Dave and AP&S!
