Friendly veterinary care by the two new young doctors there and by the lead doctor. Prices a bit too high for basic work. Friendly staff. Nice facilities.

Dr. Ryan and the staff at Longtrail Veterinary center are the Greatest. They treat you like family And they truly care about your pet

I would leave 0 stars if I could. We just moved here from California where our dog had his teeth cleaned 3-4 times a year, anesthesia free. Our young, healthy dog went in Friday for teeth cleaning, but this vet puts the dog under. After a while, the Vet called and recommended having a few teeth pulled. The staff stated there would be long term risks related to bone loss and infections in small dogs. We went ahead with the procedure And picked him up Friday night. When they called Sat to check in we told them he was lethargic, not eating, etc. they said he would be fine, give him another day. We called them back that night but no one answers or checks messages on the weekend. Early Sunday morning we took him to ER. He began panting and seemed dehydrated. They worked with him for about 7 hours and unfortunately he didn’t make it. we have yet to hear back from the vet at Long Trail but I am sure we will tomorrow, Monday. I would exercise caution with this place, it’s staff, it’s follow up care.

The level of service and confidence Long Trail provides is exceptional. While they will urge you to perform a wide variety of tests and analysis that can be pricey, they do so in a thoughtful manner. Just ask them to describe what they are suggesting and they take the time to make it clear. Be sure to use your best judgment, but feel confident that you are in good hands with them.

Our cat was losing so much weight, and after seeing three other vets, no other vets were able to help us. We gave Dr. Ryan a try and he figured it all out! Our cat is now at a healthy and normal weight. We finally transferred our 15-year old dog over to Dr. Ryan, and i only wished i had found Long Trail Vet sooner. They truly care about pets. They always have a room ready for you to go into so you can have private space, and so it wont cause stress to your pets in the waiting room. Both Dr Ryan and Dr Elliot are great! Great techs, too! And, they give back to the community!
