They should keep the chicken critters
Food was a ten, was good to finally get out with my children during this crazy pandemic.
Best take out dinner I had in my 4 days in Vermont. The onion appetizer was still crisp by the time I got back to my hotel. The ribeye steak was tender enough to cut with the flimsy plastic knife I was lucky to get at the hotel. They should ask if you need utensils and give you a better quality fork and knife. Service was excellent. I checked in outside and they brought it in my car.
There was a mix up with our order that had us waiting a while extra to pick up our food. I spoke with one of their people, Megan, and she was extremely helpful and immediately explained what happened and had the kitchen rush our order- which was not a small one- and also comped the whole meal! I was happy with them just rushing our order, but the added bonus of TRH making it up to us by buying our dinner really made our night. Fantastic customer service and the staff fully deserved the tip we left (I asked Megan to charge me for something so I could tip appropriately for the food, they comped the order and I didn't want the FOH to miss out on their tip). The food was out a few minutes later, hot, delicious and plentiful, and we remain very satisfied customers. Thank you all for the awesome service, especially Megan!
I have never received a bad meal at a Texas Roadhouse. I have visited several different locations, and the quality of their food is consistently great! It has become our go-to restaurant chain when we are traveling.
