Dr. Suitor is a great person and very patient with my son who has cognitive disabilities and has a hard time fulfilling delegations. He’s kind and thorough.

I have been waiting 3 weeks now for my child's glasses. She is 5 and needs these glasses desperately to be able to see. I called before the Holidays.. multiple times.. only to get no answering machine or answers in general. The man who helped us was not even in the store when we initially went in to order the glasses we stood around waiting til he came walking back in.. that should've been my first sign.. he then took both prescription papers that I had gotten from another eye facility and did not hand them back.. strike 2.. I'm a single parent taking care of my child.. what is the benefit from all this run around.. when will I get my child's glasses will a representative even call me back.. probably not.. but .. I can just stop by everyday til they come right?

I have been a patient of Dr. Suitor's for almost four years and have found him to be very accommodating , (even with last minute appointments ) friendly, and professional. EAO also accepts Green Mountain Care, which is a plus.
