super helpful staff, really knowledgeable and understanding. i got my prescription updated and they gave me some samples & good medical advice. after having a negative experience with 802 eye care, advanced vision was aaaammmaaaazing. 10/10 recommend

Pleasant staff. My issue was with lack of follow through/up. On more than one occasion I was well, forgotten. I respect the challenges we are all going through with covid-19, though they had never reached out to me once opened for service (which I was told they would keep me informed), and after I reached out to there office, they assured they would get back to me - which they then didn't.nThis happened before Covid as well, where there was miscommunication, and when I went into my appt. the doctor wasn't prepared - He is a nice mN though.nI respectfully have decide to find another eye doctor.
My wife and I have seen Dr. Puma for more than 5 years, and he has always been focused on delivering the best possible vision while still maintaining a fun/relaxed environment (and, this focus clearly extends to everyone in the office).nnRecently, I transitioned over to Dr. Morris as he specializes in Scleral lenses. When paired with state-of-the-art skills (and diagnostic equipment), Sclerals have quietly become the most capable contact lens option available. Frankly, its hard to express just how tack-sharp my vision is with Sclerals (and how comfortable they are, despite being hard lenses).nnLong story short, my wife and I both *highly* recommend Advanced Vision Care; they are consistently excellent!
