Recently contacted Mammut to see if their lifetime warranty applies to broken zipper on my ~4 year old jacket. Was promptly contacted by Ethan, the warranty coordinator and given two choices. A free repair with free return shipping or online store credit. The offered credit was enough to purchase a brand new jacket similar to the one needing repair. Sent the jacket in for repair. The work was done by Rainy Pass Repairs in Seattle, WA., who did an excellent job with very quick turn around time. Very satisfied with overall experience.
