My husband and I came here last weekend for a casual date night. We hadn’t been for a while, but will definitely be back. Kelly was our server and she was the sweetest and made sure that we had everything we needed. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave us great food recommendations. All around, she gave us truly amazing service! Thanks Chili’s for a great time!

Typical Chili's Restaurant - passable but kinda disheveled appearance. Food was Good : Soup was good, Turkey Club Sandwich was small. Good Fries. Server gets top marks - refilled Tea with new Lemons !. very attentive !

First off, I have worked in customer service for MANY years and I know first-hand how difficult it can be! That being said: Last night, my husband and I decided to do a take-out order for an easy meal before he left for his trip overseas today. He ordered the ribs, thinking that they were beef. After we got home, I got a strange feeling and decided to do some research, and realized that they were actually pork (he doesn't eat pork, and it wasn't mentioned in the menu description). We called Chili's to confirm, and they offered to make him another dish for free! They also gave him some $5 gift cards and LOTS of apologies for a mix up that we know was TOTALLY not their fault!! The food was absolutely delicious and the level of customer service was outstanding. We brought the ribs back to the restaurant with us, in case they wanted to take them (I SWEAR we were not trolling for free food!!) but they didn't! So now I am beyond happy to eat my feelings with these DELICIOUS pork ribs while my husband is away! Keep up the great work, guys - A+ food and A+ service :)

The boneless chicken wings were great. The waitress was also amazing and very sweet! They were happy to split a fajita order, half steak/half chicken, when I couldn't decide which I wanted. The cookie my friend and I split for dessert was wonderfully delish and was a great way to cap off the evening!
