I purchased a pair of gordini gloves from big 5 sporting goods to take sledding in the mountains unfortunately the left glove strap broke off when securing my gloves. this is on the first trip with my new gloves and they just broke. I was bummed so I emailed costumer service and Kevin emailed back he said there is nothing he could do as they are outdated. In urban terms I'm SOL and i just bought them. So I decided to call customer service I spoke with Michelle who explained they have special lines for big 5 and they are not that old but they dont have any in stock the best they can do is sign me up to receive the new line of simulars gloves when they launch around August. Not a big deal since spring is here i can wait. I feel the quality and customer service I received reflect poorly on this brand I have upgraded this To a 2 star review as Michelle has earned a gold star for her costumer service. I will happily update once I receive the new gloves and can ultimately give a full spectrum review of this process.
