I have been a customer of Clark's Truck for close to two decades now, and have always found them to be helpful and courteous, and competent. I recently had a major PM service done on my front line truck and they were great at communicating and helping me get my truck in shape and ready for the winter and beyond. I recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right.

There's no better place to go for anything to do with International trucks sales and service and parts. A great 4th generation family run business. From vocational to municipal to construction and petroleum trucks, CLARK'S TRUCK CENTER in Jericho, Vt. and Plattsburgh, NY is a great place to do business.

If their was 10 stars or more to rate I would gladly give them as my experience today was one to not soon forget‼ufe0fI was delivering a brand new truck to this business this afternoon and when I walked in to let them know why I was there I was greeted like I was a member of the family‼ufe0fnnRuss Clark, the sales manager stopped what he was doing to stand up and shake my hand and greet me as I entered his office and I was absolutely impressed‼ufe0f He made me feel like one of the family‼ufe0fnnHe then introduced me to Brenda Parker, the sales person who’s customer was purchasing the very truck I drove from Ohio to this location and as she was conducting a routine inspection of this truck we had a very nice conversation and again I felt like I was a member of this fine family business‼ufe0fnnI look forward to future business transactions with you both and Merry Christmas to you both and all the folks at Clark’s Truck Center.

Nice people and they do good work, but (insert expletive here) they are expensive. Cost me nearly $500 to be told that my turbo doesn't spin, and my engine is oily. I was hoping for a little deeper diagnosis than that. Maybe I should have known better than to bring a $1000 truck to a place like that, but I think they're a little too used to working for big municipalities with big budgets.

Friendly staff that do their best to address your needs. I recommend both their Jericho and Plattsburgh service centers. The owner, Randy Clark, takes a personal interest in your issue.
