Kevin is a very busy guy, he probably would benefit from hiring someone dedicated to answering his phone! But once he is able to receive your piece of furniture he finishes it in a very reasonable amount of time, and regardless, it is worth the wait! He did an amazing job on my antique couch, it is so beautiful I could not be happier with it. Kevin was great to work with and I am getting back in line for my next project.

We have had a horrible experience for 3 years. Consistently lied to about why appointments were missed without a call, if he shows up at all he’s super late, and problems with the couch that he insists aren’t problems, just the nature of upholstery. Takes forever to get anything done, and just horribly stressful.
