Great service - they take the time to get to know your needs and work to make sure things fit correctly
WOW! These guys know their stuff. They spent plenty of time with me finding the right fit, assured me that if I wasn't happy with my purchase to come back, and were very understanding! They made me feel right at home. This really is the place to go for everyone - not just elite athletes. I'm super happy with my purchases - and they even offer community running events!
Great customer service!
I was deeply disappointed by my visit to this store. I've gone in twice, the first time, I waited for about 15 minutes and couldn't seem to get the attention of anyone working. But I still wanted to patronize a locally owned store, so I went back in a few days ago. The store was empty so I had the full attention of the staff. I'm a new runner with very little knowledge about shoes except for some online reading, but when I asked the salesperson some basic questions, I couldn't get any meaningful information. I was also surprised that the selection felt very limited.nSadly, I ended up ordering my shoes online, although I would have been willing to pay a little extra to keep the dollars in town and get some expertise.nI won't be going back to this store.
Great selection of running gear and super friendly staff! Just be sure to BYOB... bring your own bag :)
