Not a huge selection but not the reason I’m giving it one star. The customer service is why I’m giving a one star review. Don’t even attempt to go to this outlet a half hour before they close. They will give you attitude and rush you out the door. Unreal.

My sister and I had a horrible experience here. The associate was extremely unprofessional and rude to us. In the state of Vermont, you are exempt from wearing a mask if you have a documented medical diagnosis that prevents you from wearing a mask. When my sister and I walked into the store, we were told masks were required. We were polite and told her that she and I both have medical exemptions and that we would show her our medical documentation to show her that we were being honest. What we got in return was a very unprofessional attitude and she rolled her eyes at us. I have shopped at other famous footwear stores before and were very satisfied. However, if I hadn't been here before, I dont think I would go back to any location because of what happened today. I understand completley about following protocol. But this could have been avoided ENTIRELY had she had a professional and courteous attitude. I work in the service industry myself and if I spoke to customers the way she did to me and my sister, I would be fired, not warned, FIRED. More training on communication needs to be done at this establishment.
