What is happening at Talbots? The customer service is terrible. You used to be greeted when entering the store. Clothes would be taken to a dressing room. You were asked if you needed a different size or assistance. None of these things happened on my visit today. The 3 sales people were rude and acted like they didn't want to be there or have anyone in the store.
This store is wonderful! The clothes are great and the women who work there are very friendly and helpful. Look for the sales!
