This is the best shoe store in Burlington, easily. Heck it’s probably top 10 in New England. Incredibly knowledgeable staff who are more than happy to accommodate more interesting foot sizes. Love coming here!!
Rude judgemental employees. Found this to be a disappointing experience. You work at a shoe store, don't judge people be kind.
Terrible service. If I could give less than one star I would. An employee and the store manager were working, and 5 people of color (not all together) walked into the store, me included. While the store manager only acknowledged the one white woman in the store the other employee did not say anything to any one of us. The store manager also proceeded to go in the back 4+ times to get this one woman shoes and NOT ONCE did she acknowledge or ask if we needed shoes while we were very clearly looking and trying on the displays. At one point the SM looked at me as I smiled she looked away. Truly disgusting.
My daughter and I stopped in to the store after having lunch to replace her Birkenstock’s.nShe and I both ended up getting a pair (and they were on sale too)nGreat selection and friendly service !
