I called to make an appt with them and they told me, in exact words, “call back when it gets worse”. I ended up having a sinus infection and needed to go on meds. Last year they told my roommate she was “lucky she didn’t have mono” since it had been going around campus. She went to her primary care doctor and she was diagnosed with mono(: They suck.

Went in complaining about extreme head congestion, ear aches and a sore throat. They had me in and out within 20 minutes and took no diagnostic tests. A week later I finally went to a different walk in clinic where they informed me I had strep and an ear infection. The uvm medical center had me sit through a week of classes with strep because they told me “DayQuil and NightQuil should fix it”.

Came here twice over two months with a really bad cough. They told me it was a cold then when I went to the doctors two months later they said it was walking pneumonia. Do not go here if you want real medical help.

Cannot believe how bad the hours are, how am I supposed to be able to be taken care of as a student if there aren't sufficient times I can get medical assistance. Imagine the current employees, they must be overworked and stressed out. In addition I can't even call for urgent matters during lunch break because they're closed from 12-1 during the week day? So unprofessional and honestly a medical liability.

Difficult to get an appointment but service is generally good when you can. I just wish they had more staff because the school has so many students. There just really aren’t any doctors that we can see if we need urgent but not emergency care. The school is too cheap to do anything about this unfortunately
