WE were really impressed. He was knowledgeable, explained what was going on, gave us a clear plan and medicine samples and set up a follow up appointment 'cause he was concerned about the girls. I could tell he really cared about the patients. Highly recommend!

Worst hospital I’ve ever been to. I fasted and waited over 2 hours for my procedure just to have them tell me they need to reschedule because I was in Stowe the night before therefore wasn’t quarantining. I live in Johnson Vermont. I drove further to the hospital than I did to Stowe. I also received my negative! covid test before coming in. They didn’t even talk with me to reschedule the procedure. Totally ridiculous...

The ER has come a long way over the last five years and I'm super grateful for the care that I received when they discovered a mass in my neck. They've also taken fantastic care of my son when he's been pretty sick.nnGreat hometown hospital, they truly care about serving the community and striving towards new goals. Every department and employee I've dealt with has been professional, accommodating, and thorough.

I’ve been here on multiple occasions and none were pleasant, but my most notable visit was when I had to take my boyfriend here for a broken orbital bone after an assault. There was blood stains on the curtains and on the blanket they covered him with for the cat scan, and the staff was extremely cold and condescending, as usual. They said he didn’t have a concussion, yet he couldn’t even remember his own phone number. When you enter the ER, it feels like you traveled back in time to the 80s, and it’s extremely small. On one of my own personal visits, I could hear the staff making comments about the results of my urine test. If you need to be seen at a hospital, I strongly advise you got the extra couple miles to Littleton Regional, it’s far better on all levels.

The medical care and medical staff here are top notch. I cannot say enough good things about them. You may have issues afterwards with the folks in billing but the care itself is great.
