Customers service is ok but the knowledge is zero 1 star to even check a price is the hardest thing ever something is always off line and you get charged for things you asked for a price on of you've made a purchase and you are waiting for something to come back online then wait months for the charge to be given back but also charged how many times they had you swipe your card will never be back. The customers that come there also are nasty and treat you very badly because they've been there for 4 hours due to offline and 1 person working
I recently lost my iPhone and went to this store to get a new sim card for an old Samsung I had lying around. The store had a new manager in training, Markus, who was working alone. He was SO helpful. Although new to the position, he called for assistance when he needed it and went out of his way to make certain I was taken care of. Thank you!
