Ski Shop was selling some of the summer gear. I dealt with Thomas who was very nice and courteous. The mountain was beautiful and look forward to visiting again. Hopefully for a longer stay next time.nnThank you Thomas for everything, appreciate the customer service and care.

My bindings cracked and I brought them in mid day. They sold me a new pair at a great price and had me back out skiing in 30minutes. Great job!

Wow! Marcelo should give the customer service training at Stratton. He went above and beyond for my father and I. His customer service skills made the difference between an ok trip and an excellent trip. The weather was terrible. (rain) but he took the time to get our rental skis waxed, gave us great advice and had an awesome personality. He is the definition of the Stratton experience. We came from Florida so we were committed but he made all the difference.
