Went in today for Black Friday. As soon as I got in a saw the perfect bag and wallet combo. A nice oldernEmployee helped menOut and suggested more matching items fornMy order. She was lovely and I was very impressed with her kindness. When I left and started unpacking the bag I noticed it was bent. It had been maybe 30 minutes since I bought the bag so I turned around and called the store to ask if I could come in to exchange for one that wasn’t bent. They informed me that I’d have to wait in line again. I waited in line about 2 minutes then I noticed the lady who helped me and waved at her. She waved me to the front door and I saw the nasty young woman who was on the phone with me screaming at the older employee. She stomped to the front door and told me that I had to wait in line. Which I said “you sold me a bent bag and I was here 30 mins ago. It’s not hard to grab one that isn’t bent and hand it to me.”nShe huffed and took my bag and came back with a new one. 20 second exchange.nNo one waited longer in line because of me.nIt doesn’t kill you to be kind to people.
