Great selection, and the best quality filets you can find in the area. Definitely earned a loyal customer here...already looking forward to swinging by again before my next cookout.
Cute! And yummy cuts!
Been here two weekends in a row and it was worth the20 minute drive down from Ludlow. Hanging out on the deck while running the charcoal is favorite activity when we come up to VT in the summer so this was a great find. We were able to get a rack of lamb one time and some excellent burgers with cheese and pepper the next time. Both were fantastic. Additionally the staff were very friendly and helpful with making a choice as well as preparation and grilling tips. This is probably going to be a regular stop for us through the summer months.
This is a special find! The quality of the meat is outstanding and the variety offers many choices. The butcher's are most helpful and knowledgeable about diverse recipes and cuts of meat that are best suited for successful cooking. Top notch in every way!
