Nice guys, extremely responsive, great customer service. They installed new blinds and also repaired old blinds which were salvageable. They came to our house, measured, advised, installed- all in a timely fashion. Gave us a range of options without trying to influence our decision. Prices were more than fair. All around solid experience.

Cannot say enough about this company and their amazing service and wonderful products. First of all, Ryan initially got back to me within two days of my first email/phone call and one of those days was a Sunday! Then he communicated with me promptly and efficiently as we arranged for my service. He worked around my schedule, arrived on time and did outstanding work, even making a money saving suggestion for another repair! If more companies operated the way Vermont Shade and Blind did, we would be the happiest and most satisfied customers ever! I highly recommend this company!
