So quick, I couldn't believe it, they had the belt I needed in my hand before I had time to try and spend any extra money on any of the great stuff in their showroom.
We went to go purchase a new riding mower. I waited for 10 minutes while two men just sat in their office, no one offered to help. The woman at the counter finally sent me down the salesman Jason’s office after she finished checking out a customer. Jason basically told me they have nothing In stock and can’t even order, “it won’t be until at least November”. You think he would have offered to answer any questions or explain the different models?? I’m in the sales business and that’s not how we treat customers, even if we don’t have the product in stock. I wonder if my husband went in, if they would have helped him because he’s a man. We went to Falls Farm & Garden and purchased a John Deere mower through them. This place should work on their customer service.
We bought a bale wrapper last year from Mountain View. It had a minor glitch that was covered by warranty, so we brought it back. It's a 4 hour drive one way, so the service department was nice enough to schedule the repair so we could drop it at noon one day and pick it up the next, allowing us to stay over just one night and return home with it. Cale? had it fixed the next day as promised when we returned. It's nice to do business with companies who understand farmers schedules and who will stand behind what they sell. Thank you.
