Ross was great! I messaged him on a Sunday morning and within 15 minutes he got back to me and said to come on up. He’s a true firearm fanatic and has a real passion for them. The customer service is second to none. Truly the only place to go for all things gun related (firearms, reloading supplies, ammunition).

I purchased a handgun from Ross and it went so smoothly and zero pressure. The next day my son stopped at my house and he wanted one like I just bought. I messaged Ross and he hooked up my son within an hour. The background checks went smoothly. A couple weeks later I went back and bought a laser sight for my new handgun and Ross said if I had any issues putting it on to bring the gun back and he’d install it. Now fast forward a couple of weeks and my neighbor wanted a new handgun. I message Ross for an appointment and again within an hour from my message my good friend has his new handgun. Though the shop is small it is well stocked and Ross practices very low pressure sales tactics. When he talks about the different guns you can see his passion and joy this brings him. I also am eyeing a very nice used Browning rifle he has for sale and I handled a Henry lever action .22 the other day in his shop.....I want them both. Good job Ross and thank you.
