Had a 25 year old KitchenAid microwave that had stopped working. Unfortunately, it was built into some custom cabintry. Went to the 'authorized factory service center' - they said it couldn't be fixed. Tim at Third Generation was able to repair it - at a very reasonable cost & it was ready the next day.
Tim is amazing! I called him yesterday with a broken fridge and he said he was slammed with appointments and likely wouldn’t be able to come until next week (this would have put us without a fridge through several 90 degree days). I was bummed, but understood, and agreed to wait until he had time. Then, by some miracle, he managed to fit us in today between jobs! Tim was SO professional, quick, and even cleaned the entire area after he was done. I will absolutely use them anytime I need an appliance repair and you should too!

This company has been amazing - called them at 12 they arrived as promised at 4 and did a diagnostic look - ordered the part and will be back in a few days to change out the dryer motor - thanks for helping us fix this appliance and not have to buy a new on during these financial hard times -
Tim came to our home in Sudbury, VT at 4:30pm and took his footwear off prior to entering the kitchen. Near had a service person think of our home in that way. He repaired our 2018 Kenmore Refrigerator.
