Fantastic service! I ordered a flat of pansies for my mom’s birthday and had them delivered. The person on the phone who took my order was very kind and helpful. She picked out the most beautiful and healthy plants. The colors were perfect. My mom was thrilled. She has been sending pictures to me of where she planted them. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
Looked this place up online hours state open till 5 !!!! We traveled from New York got there at 4:15, lady says we are closed!!!! I said online it says your open till 5, her response was “ yeah that google thing I don’t know how to change it” So I asked since we traveled over can we just look outside , her response was “ well the water is going to turn on and I cannot change that either “nNeedless to say there were two others shopping at the same time!!! I can’t believe her customer service was so negative towards me!!!

High priced. Customer service is poor. Would not commit to a time of delivery. Their response was they deliver when it fits into their schedule and that they do not know what the schedule is!
They had a nice selection and the staff was really nice and helpful.
