What a great stop during this year's trip to Vermont! The syrup is amazing and the owner is so welcoming and friendly. He told us all about how syrup is produced, showed us a map of his trees and lines, explained how he collected the sap and maintained his taps...I never had any idea how much work went into making syrup! This sugar house is a must-visit if you are ever in this area.

Produces his own maple syrup from the trees at different altitudes levels. I like buying maple syrup directly from the producer and this is one of those places.
