Made by Hand is such a warm and inviting store. Everything is finely made and curated with care. A wonderful place to buy gifts and decorations for your beach home. A pleasant location, with other nice stores and eateries to pop into along the strip. It's a great little destination if you just want to get out and about and see a different part of Bethany and want to do a little bit of shopping. I never leave Made By Hand without making a purchase. The prices are incredibly reasonable for such well-crafted items. It's delightful. Highly recommend a visit when you are in town.

I first discovered Made by Hand in the late 1990’s while on vacation at the beach. I remember walking in and immediately feeling that I had found someplace really special. I had never been in a shop like this before, with acoustic music from some far-off land playing in the background as my eyes feasted upon the beautiful handmade items on the shelves, walls and ceiling of the store. I had never heard of Fair Trade before. Of course, Marco explained the concept so well that day and with so much love for the artisans from all around the world who created the wonderful pieces of colorful jewelry, ceramics, clothing, handbags, wooden bowls, grass baskets, gorgeous wall hangings, wooden bird feeders, wind chimes, musical instruments... the list goes on and on. Ever since that first year, I eagerly anticipate my annual visit to Made by Hand when I go to the beach, because I always look forward to what I will discover there and learn from Marco and Kimberly. It’s so reassuring to know that I am supporting craftsmen and artists from around the world who are working to create better lives for themselves and their families, all while getting paid a fair price for their unique skills and hard work. I really admire what Marco and Kimberly have established in Made by Hand... a peaceful, heart-filled shop/sanctuary that is helping people, many from third-world countries, establish a new sense of financial freedom for themselves. This is such a wonderful shop. It’s always the first place I visit when I get into town and have been doing so for years! They have the most unique and beautiful items that are all fair trade. I always find such amazing gifts while supporting an awesome cause. The staff is equally amazing and so friendly! Marco, Michelle, everyone who works there!! I can’t say enough good things about this store. I am happy to shop locally and ethically especially at such socially conscious spot! Thank you for being so awesome!

I love this store.it is so awesome. I love it because their collectibles there are awesome . I go there every year an I love it so much I went yesterday going to again tomorrow morning and then after I leave I will go home an stack all my collectibles on my shelves an then keep them for years and years and stack every one we get every year and I love this store thank you for all of everything we get here.nLove this store so much. An amazing store! Beautiful gifts/souvenirs that are unique and make you feel good about spending your money on communities in need rather than supporting cheap, mass made goods sold by huge corporations that decimate small communities. The owners are super friendly and kind as well!
