In early October 2020 I called to set up an appointment to get an estimate for my front porch. Spoke with Trish, she took all my information and told me Jeff would be contacting me. Days went by with no call from Jeff. I visited the company and informed them no one had contacted me. Again I was assured Jeff would contact me. To this day I have yet to hear from anyone. During my visit to the company I did notice that the operation seemed a bit hectic so maybe they were just busy with others which tells me this is a standard Easternshore company that when busy they ignore people with hopes they go away until they need the work and then have some excuse on why they don't contact customers. Please don't contact me..you had your chance. I would give zero stars but it wouldn't let me so one star is the default.

Eastern Shore Porch and Patio did a superb job installing my fence. I would definitely use them again for other projects. They are very responsive and offer competitive pricing for excellent products.

Jake and his staff helped my wife and I maintain and fix our Eze-Breeze porch windows. A few of the windows needed some TLC and parts fixed.nThey visited our home in Lewes twice at no charge. Their customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend.

I have called them several times after they were recommended, but I cannot get them to call back or respond. Based on this, I would go elsewhere.
