Came in looking for shampoo for my dog who just received a allergy shot. His coat is in poor condition. When describing his coat, she immediately knew what I was talking about and took me to the shampoo shelf. She showed me both options and shared which brand the store uses, but said either choice would be affective. At the checkout, the gentleman was very cheerful, and wished me a happy holiday. The store was very clean and had help available as soon as I walked in. Good group of young people.

Got my puppy microchipped here at their inside Vetco facility. Everyone was so nice, especially Angie! The procedure was a breeze. The entire veterinary staff was very nice and caring. I would absolutely take my puppy back, and recommend them to anyone!
The grooming department is wonderful! They do the best job on my chihuahua nails! Jessica is a sweetheart! She works the front register!
The process was simple and seamless. I ordered online they carried out to my car! What a wonderful service to provide, especially during these trying times of COVID-19. Additionally the person answering the phone when I called from the lot was extremely polite and the person who actually delivered to my car was equally pleasant and accommodating.
