Customer service is great prices ate goid
With the rush of Thanksgiving and lots of shoppers- they are doing fairly well!! Also - the last 2 times I've been in there they have had my favorite items stocked - which was not happening most of the year. So yeah!!!
Going to the store is an adventure in Covid times, but my local Food Lion is trying to stay as safe as they can while remaining pleasant. Their people make a difference every day. ud83dude42
I could not finish my weekly grocery shopping at this store. Realize that the store is under a renovation but.....earlier last week I purchased an item from the breakfast meat case (far from expiration date) only to come home to it being molded. A few days later customer service associate refunded back plus 100% of price, appreciate the fresh food policy. Sadly the veg/fruit section didnt even have simple items like onions, avocados, etc. Went again last night given the close proximity to my house and again the fresh fruit/veg section was severely lacking. Staff has always been polite and helpful except (who I assume was a cashier supervisor) who attempted to work the service desk but was too preoccupied sending texts messages to complete my transaction. Hope this store manages soon to restock and organize better in the future.
I was having the hardest with my western union payment being received for my car payment. I went to this location and the gentleman I believe his name was Alex was extremely nice and helpful!!! I was able to get a refund on my western union and resubmit properly. Wonderful experience!!
