I am a gun owner that is new to the market. The prime market for stores. I understand ammo shortage and I understand people have to make a living. But I drove 1 hour to get there, was greeted with no hello. Owner stayed on his phone just chatting for 15 minutes! Then when asked about the brand of ammo needed he had 1 box and it was 40$ for 20 bullets. Absolutely price gouging. Unless your spending 300$ or more don’t expect good service or even a hello. If you are just looking for buying something small YOU ARE A HINDERANCE NOT A BLESSING TO THE OWNER. Will not shop here ever even if the guns were free.
I have been a repeat customer and have spent several thousand dollars here. I purchased a trigger from here and paid to have it installed. The firearm was returned to me in 2 weeks but did not function correctly because as per the trigger manufacturer's instructions, this trigger requires hand fitting to the firearm. The owner took the firearm back, and then over 4 months later charges me another $150 to get my firearm back in the same non functioning condition that I brought it back for. He said this was because he shot 2 boxes of ammo through it and spent 4 hours working on it trying (unsuccessfully) to get it to work. When I asked why he would charge me for work that made no improvement to the problem, he said if I wanted to argue about it then I owe him $350. Finally I was told to just give him $150 and get out of his store.
This place first is way overpriced and they will not help you in any way. They have a very dishonest refund policy. I would definitely never recommend to shop at gun store, its the worst gunstore I have ever went to and would never step foot into this store again.
First time there today , bought new HG very helpful and professional !!! Price was comparable to any shop around , I will be back -Thanks guys!
In and out in 5 minutes. Not impressed. Very condescending and rude. I don't get along with narcissist type people.nDo yourself a favor and order your guns and ammo off of Gunbroker.nCom. More variety, less attitudes
