Called and told them I was an hour away. Wanted to make sure everything was clear. The advertised price online, etc. Get there, stand at trailer on lot and confirm price. Couple hour delay because one of the tires had a bubble on the sidewall. They agreed to change the tire with one that was not the same make but same size and load range. That was fine with me. When it came time to pay for the trailer, the numbers weren’t adding up. I asked about the pricing because it seemed off.. They had bumped the price up a hundred dollars without saying a word about it. And he mentioned several times about not charging me for the tire?? Really? Is that something you would normally do on a new trailer? They had me, after driving an hour away and confirming everything over the phone.., they said “I thought that’s what the price was.” So you “thought” wrong and that’s my fault? Also realized once I got home, they let me leave without a safety pin lock on the trailer ball latch. Not very good business at all. Buyers, be sure your price is etched in stone.. otherwise you’re ud83dudd95ud83cudffb

I purchased a new Diamond C gooseneck from here and on the way home shortly after leaving the brakes stopped working. After finding out it was not the trucks fault I called them and they offered to meet me almost halfway to NJ to bring me a replacement trailer because I really needed it for work. They could not have been friendlier to me and even called to make sure I got home safely because it was really bad weather out and to make sure the new trailer had no issues, which it did not! I love the new trailer and the service could not have been better, I will definitely be ordering a new trailer here in the future! Highly recommend!!

Very friendly and helpful. Got great deal. Would recommend them highly if looking for trailer. Have race ready trailers too!
