The owners are two kids with unpleasant attitudes. It's a shame this place isn't run more professionally. There is no surf gear, just a smathering of clothes laid out in an unorganized manner. You are better off going to East of Maui or Bethany Surf Shop.
My son bought a pair of rainbow flip flops that were to small. He took them home and found out that he needed a size larger. He called and was told to bring them back for an exchange. When we brought them back 2 hours later we were told that we could not exchange them as the dental floss plastic tie was not together and that the stores plastic binder gun was unavailable.nnIt was very upsetting for my son as he worked hard for the $60 to buy the flip flops only to be bullied into keeping the incorrect size and to be told that they could be exchanged on the phone.
Breakers is a must when you're in Delaware! This family owned business has the most friendly and helpful staff. they stock what is on trend, know their inventory well, and I can always make the perfect suggestion! I would highly recommend stopping by next time you're at the beach. Even if you're not looking for anything in particular, you'll find something at Breakers!
