I have gone here several times to buy cigars and it’s always been good customer service. On this occasion though I was checking out to buy $120 worth of cigars and the woman with black hair and feather tattoo working says “I’m going to need to see some ID buddy” what a disrespectful and deplorable way to speak to a customer. Then once she scanned my ID and I have paid she then proceeds to say you didn’t look old enough. Really a shame because they actually have a decent selection of cigars but I will not be returning after this putrid experience.
The women with black hair and feather tattoo is extremely rude.
