So very helpful and understanding. So much feelings with having to get hearing aids at 48. Now I am hearing everything I didn’t even know I was missing. PS. Need to get a quieter dish washer now.lol.

Very informative professional. I had my own information when I arrived at Hear on the Shore. I had the technician go over my results from my doctor. She read it correctly. Which was great or I would have left immediately. I already knew the unfortunate news that I needed hearing aids. We discussed all types and all pricing. The technician did NOT try to sell me something I did not need. As a matter of fact she was trying to ensure that I understood how the least exspensive hearing aid could do just as well for me as the most exspensive. Just not look as well and may not have as many bluetooth compatibility if I didn't want those features for the expense. The customer service is outstanding.
