Took my iPhone 7 for a battery replacement to another shop and when they gave it back to me it wasn't working. Brought it to Genesis and they opened it right in front of me. Showed me all the parts the other shop took out, and it turns out the other shop didn't plug the battery in properly. Very knowledgeable staff and very honest. If I have problems with other phones, I'll know to bring it to them.
I had a contract and I used to pay a lot of money (not less than $180 per month). When I came here I transfer my phone number to one of their companies. And I am really happy with it. Good signal, unlimited and great price. Cheapest plans in the market!!

I'd rate a zero if I could. Don't EVER bring your cellular device here, they never come through. They promise a good as new phone being brought in but end up ruining it with a cheap alternative. Don't waste your time at this bs of a place. Not only do they lie about warranty, but also rip you off. Paid 200 for a new screen but they ended up leaving it worse than it was before. You're better off going to Samsung or Apple Store and get fixed for a much lower price of 140 plus guarantee. 0/0 for me .
