Awful customer service. Cydnei sent me an email. I emailed her back. She never responded. I received a phone call from a man at the company. He was getting smart and being sarcastic the entire phone call.nnThe man was asking me questions and making statements about situations. Unfortunately, the man had me confused with someone else. I am sorry I even entertained this poor excuse of a company.
Excellent staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Dependable and would recommend highly to anyone in need of a home health aide. Patrice Schellinger is top notch!
