I contacted Shore Water through a referral of a friend. They came to the house and tested my water and gave me a couple recommendations. They answered my questions and provided literature for the system I chose. I didn't go anywhere else for prices because I know you get what you pay for and they came highly recommended. Shore Water Refining was recommended to me by a friend. Having a well and septic, I was concerned about what I was bathing with, cooking with and drinking. I call for an estimate and a ‘plan’ and was thoroughly pleased with everything I heard. Within days, the installation was complete! What a great job they did, too. From the initial sales call when Bryson thoroughly explained what the system would do until the completion of installation was done by Brice and one other person. Very expeditious service with a crew that cleaned up afterwords and neatly installed the whole system. Thanks so much for a quality, professional job! I highly recommended Shore Water Refining!
POSITIVE UPDATE: The owner of Shore Water stepped in and resolved all my issues AND replaced my water conditioner with a brand new one. He promised he would not quit until all issues were resolved and I am happy to report that he not only kept his promise but took time to follow up months later. Customer service means everything to me and I now increase my ratings to four stars!!!
