Amazing customer service, easy to make an account with, gained aome vaulble information about the place and all its locations

This bank is the MOST inconvenient bank I’ve ever been to. It’s absolutely ridiculous, the staffing is usually not very friendly at the drive thrus, and you would think this bank would operate on normal bank hours. NOPE. They don’t, so if you have a regular 9-5 job during the week like myself, forget about trying to get to this freaking bank because their lobby is CLOSED on Saturday’s even thought it says online they’re OPEN until 12. And of course you can’t go on a Sunday so yeah I guess this bank is perfect for retired people but otherwise just go to a regular bank.

The staff is rather rude at times. Every now and then there is a nice lady at the window. But it's not very often.

This is the nicest Bank we aren't from the area but they made our banking experience a wonderful day. And we are very glad to open an account with them .
