I rented a full size crib, corn hole game and 2 bikes from this company and paid in full. I confirmed the order 4 days before our arrival at Rehoboth and was assured all items would be waiting for me at our rental house. One hour before check - in, I received a call that they did not have a crib or corn hole game. I was offered a pack and play which was unacceptable as the crib was for a toddler.nnI frantically called another rental agency ( 227 Rent) and they were able to deliver a crib and corn hole game to our rental home. Coastal Beach called back and said their truck driver found a crib for us and would leave it on our front porch. I informed them that I had already found another crib. They left their crib anyway, it was not wrapped and was battered and old. The crib from 227 rent was in great condition and nicely wrapped.nnCoastal Beach Services said they gave me a full refund and sent me a receipt. This receipt was bogus. No refund has been credited to my credit card. I am now in the process of disputing their charges. This is not the way anyone should spend a vacation.nnThis is my first negative google review. A crib is an essential rental. The provider needs to be reliable and provide a quality product. There should be a NO STAR rating for this merchant.
We just want to take the time to thank Coastal Beach Services! After a mistake on our part, they went out of their way to ensure we had our linens on the first day of our vacation. They really made a great impression and have earned our repeat business for our future trips!
We used the linen service for a beach rental. The process couldn't have been easier, and the sheets were excellent quality! Great customer service, will definitely be using again!
