Rack Room Shoes

Super helpful staff. Effie I believe was the name of the woman who helped my family find shoes for a wedding last minute. She went above and beyond to help us and we got exactly what we wanted.

Great sales. Decent selection , sales personel on the ball helping shoppers . Will shop here again.

It's a nice place and very relaxed atmosphere. I had brought some sandals for my vacation and the service was good. They have decent prices and good sales. So I would come back again.

Shoes, boots, socks and lots of sneakers at the Rack! My shoe shopping usually brings me here because of selection and low prices. Beware: they usually have a BOGO sale and you may walk out with two pairs of shoes unintentionally. I did find the sales staff helpful but not very knowledgeable. They probably don't get much training but I just thought that they should know the difference between sneakers. Pros and cons. They did not. Still it's a clean and well stocked store.
